The subject may have received a diagnosis of Self-Discrepancies from a psychologist.
The subject has been diagnosed by a psychologist as having depression disorder caused by the imbalance of possible selves.
The subject has been diagnosed by a psychologist as having an anxiety disorder caused by the imbalance of possible selves
Exclusion Criteria
The individual should not be involved in any other psychotherapeutic treatment alongside this intervention.
