简要总结
This study is an open labelled randomized controlled clinical study to evaluate the effect of vrishadi lepa in the management of dadru kustha w.s.r to dermatomycosis,wherein minimum 30 patients diagnosed with dadru kustha,will be selected irrespective of their gender,caste and crees.The signs and symptoms will be scored on the basis of standard method and will be analysed statistically. Vrishadi lepa quantity sufficient for application once a will be given .Total duration of study will be 14 days,study will be conducted at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara College of Ayurveda and Hospital Kuthpady, Udupi Karnataka India.The primary outcome measures will be assessed base on changes in the signs and symptoms of dadru,changes in the Koh examination, improvement on the basis of subjective and objective parameters.Hence an effort has been planned through this clinical study evaluate the effect of vrishadi lepa in dadru kustha.

- •1.Patient with history of sign and symptoms of Dadru Kustha fulfilling the diagnostic criteria 2.Patient of either sex within the age of 18 to 70 years are selected for the study.
排除标准
- •Children, pregnant women, lactating mothers and patients with comorbidities like thyrotoxicosis.
