简要总结
This prospective randomized comparative study aims to compare the efficacy of dexmedetomidine versus dexamethasone as adjuvants to 0.5% bupivacaine in ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block in patients undergoing upper limb surgeries. The study will compare the onset and duration of sensory and motor block, duration of postoperative analgesia, between the two groups to determine the better adjuvant.
