Patient aged 14-60 years
Permanent molar teeth with closed apex
Symptoms- range from mild to non- spontaneous pain
Positive response to pulp sensibility test
Presence of moderately deep carious lesions on radiograph
Pulp exposure after non selective caries removal
Patient aged less than 14 years and more than 60 years
Patients on analgesics , blood thinners
Incisors or canines or premolars
heavily restored or non restorable teeth
presence of deep and extremely deep carious lesions on radiograph
Patient has moderate-severe pain
Negative response to pulp sensibility test
Pulp not exposed intra-operatively
Presence of ââ?¬Å?soundââ?¬? dentine over pulp
Pulp necrosis evident on after caries removal
Pulpal haemorrhage could not be arrested
Pregnant women
