Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age: 25 – 45 years old
  • 2\.Gender: Male
  • 3\.Individual having normal BMI (18\.50\-24\.99 kg/m2\)
  • 4\.Driving car or bike from 3\-5 years with average of 2hrs/day

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.History of pathological trauma to the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine, upper extremity, lower extremity or rib cage
  • 2\.Spine with any surgical intervention
  • 3\.Spinal postural deformities as hyper kyphosis \& scoliosis
  • 4\.Working on desktop/PC for 6\-8 hours
  • 5\.Vestibular impairment (e.g., vertigo)
  • 6\.Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders around cervical region and any other systemic illness
