Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age: 25 – 45 years old
- •2\.Gender: Male
- •3\.Individual having normal BMI (18\.50\-24\.99 kg/m2\)
- •4\.Driving car or bike from 3\-5 years with average of 2hrs/day
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of pathological trauma to the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine, upper extremity, lower extremity or rib cage
- •2\.Spine with any surgical intervention
- •3\.Spinal postural deformities as hyper kyphosis \& scoliosis
- •4\.Working on desktop/PC for 6\-8 hours
- •5\.Vestibular impairment (e.g., vertigo)
- •6\.Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders around cervical region and any other systemic illness
