入选标准
- •1.Age: 25 – 45 years old
- •2.Gender: Male
- •3.Individual having normal BMI (18.50-24.99 kg/m2)
- •4.Driving car or bike from 3-5 years with average of 2hrs/day
排除标准
- •1.History of pathological trauma to the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine, upper extremity, lower extremity or rib cage
- •2.Spine with any surgical intervention
- •3.Spinal postural deformities as hyper kyphosis & scoliosis
- •4.Working on desktop/PC for 6-8 hours
- •5.Vestibular impairment (e.g., vertigo)
- •6.Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders around cervical region and any other systemic illness
