•All genders aged 18 years old or above
•HIV-infected Thai travelers visiting HIV clinics at both Siriraj hospital and Hospital for Tropical Diseases.
•Travelers defined as the people who have recently traveled in domestic or international traveling within the past 3 months. If there are more than one episode of travel within 3 month, we will choose the longest duration of stay or international travel.
•Domestic travel defined as travel across province and stay overnight more than one night.
•Travel aboard defined as international travelling and stay overnight more than one night.
•Signed with informed consent
•Clinically unstable HIV-infected Thai travelers such as symptomatic HIV.
