- •Get the full dose of insulin
- •having diabetes for at least 1 year (to pass the Honeymoon course)
- •Age category 6 to 14 years

- •retinopathy
- •Nephropathy
- •Diabetic neuropathy
- •Macrovascular complications of diabetes
- •New cases of type 1 diabetes
- •Having a recurrent infection or a history of allergy to the vaccine at birth
- •Take high doses of corticosteroids
- •History of immunodeficiency disease
