1. Out-department patients age 20-80 years old
2. Colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening
Exclusion Criteria
1.Previous abdominal surgery
2.Poor bowel preparation, Boston bowel preparation less than or equal 6
3.Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of 3 or 4
