Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for thoracolumbar spine surgery and planned for transcranial motor evoked potential monitoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with preoperative motor power \<3,
- •pre\-existing myopathies,
- •morbid obesity,
- •history of coronary artery disease,
- •history of chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency,
- •history of allergy to any of the study medications,
- •history of seizures and
- •history of psychiatric disease.
