- •2. less than 160/100 mmHg of blood pressure at sitting position in
- •hypertensive patients
- •3. more than 100 mmHg of systolic pressure at sitting position in

- •Uncontrolled hypertension (more than 160/100 mmHg)
- •Vitamin D supplementation
- •Renal artery stenosis or primary aldosteronism
- •Refractory edema
- •immunosuppressive agents
