Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals completed at least 6 months of their training in MD Psychiatry or M.Phil. Clinical Psychology or M.Phil. Psychiatric Social Work, or MSc Nursing at LGBRIMH.
- •2\. Individuals who can communicate in English.
- •3\. Individuals who report having worked with a culturally diverse population.
