- •Head and neck and Lung cancer patients who will receive curative RT of 60 Gy or more
- •a) patients who receive radiation therapy with curative aim
- •b) 60 Gy (BED 72 Gy10, aß=10) or more radiation therapy to neck or supraclavicular area. BED10=daily dose x number of fractions x (1+dailiy dose/aß) (aß=10)
- •c) ECOG 0-1

- •a) pregnancy
- •b) a history of photosensitivity
