•Adult patients aged 19 years or older and younger than 80 years, Patients initiating high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy
•Able to understand the purpose of the study and provide voluntary informed consent
•Family caregivers
•One family caregiver who is primarily involved in the patient's treatment and care, Aged 19 years or older
•Able to understand the purpose of the study and provide voluntary informed consent
•Nurses with at least 6 months of experience caring for patients receiving high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy
•Participated in the implementation of the patient- and family-centered care program

•Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication
•Individuals with cognitive impairment, including delirium or dementia
•Individuals who require endotracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation because of clinical deterioration during study participation
•Family caregivers
•Individuals with visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication
•Individuals diagnosed with dementia or a psychiatric disorder
•Individuals who are not continuously involved in the patient's treatment and care
•Nurse managers who are not directly involved in providing patient care
