- •One previous segmental cesarean section: medical recomendation for pregnancy interruption; Bishop score at 6 or least; single pregnancies with a term cephalic fetus
排除标准
- •Premature rupture of membranes at the admission; non segmental previous uterine incision; suspicious fetal vitality; clinical suspicious for feto pelvic desproportion; patients that refuse to participate of the intervention; placenta pevia
