Inclusion Criteria
Women of age 18-75 years
Those scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy patients under spinal anaesthesia +/- epidural anaesthesia
American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA PS) I to III
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patient already diagnosed and being treated for psychiatric conditions
Patient with baseline pain
Patients suffering from neuropathic pain disorders
Patient on analgesics for other inflammatory conditions
Chronic inflammatory states
History of Peripheral Arterial Disease
