Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age \> 18 years; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)I or I; NYHUS type 2, 3a or 3b inguen hernia; planned for monolateral ingeun herna surgery; not opiates absumption; no alteration in the state of mind; signed informed consent
  • Are the trial subjects under 18? no

Exclusion Criteria

  • Intensive care; pregnancy or breast feeding; use of FANS in the previous 5 days; use of MAO\-inhibitors in the previous 2 weeks
