Inclusion Criteria
All the pediatric patients aged 0 to 18 years coming to the pediatric cardiac surgery operation theatre (PSOT) for surgery who need intra-operative TEE monitoring and those from whom consent for the study has been obtained
Exclusion Criteria
1. Contraindications for TEE 2. Anticipated/ unanticipated difficult tracheal intubation, trauma during tracheal intubation 3. Children with sore throat, oropharyngeal infection, or neck pain 4. Children weighing <2.5kg

Name Time Method Incidence of oropharyngeal injury during TEE probe insertion in childrenTimepoint: After TEE probe removal at the end of surgery. <br/ ><br>Symptoms of injury will be asked at discharge.
