入选标准
- •Aged 18-80 years, who had a history of chronic lumbosacral radicular pain (longer than 6 months), unsatisfactory pain control with oral pharmacotherapy, physical therapy and no indication for surgery were enrolled in this study.
排除标准
- •Patients who had significant neurological deficit or cauda equine syndrome, no absolute contraindication to intervention from MRI such as discitis or spinal infection, coagulopathy, history of allergy to local anesthetics, contrast media, triamcinolone, psychiatric problem, pregnancy and language barrier
