Inclusion Criteria
age 50-20 years; not doing monthly breast self-examination in the recent 6 months; and reading and writing; literacy has one of the following conditions: Menarche before age 12; The first delivery after age 30; Family history of breast, ovarian and uterine cancer Exclusion criteria: lack of desire to continue the collaboration; the incidence of any disease or severe disability during sessions; immigration; the absence of more than one session
