Inclusion Criteria
- •Otosclerosis patients who refer to Loghman Hakim Hospital, Isfahan, Iran for stapedotomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acoustic trauma
- •Blood biochemistry abnormalities, including anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid function test abnormalities
- •Previous ear surgery history
- •Decline to participate in study
