Inclusion Criteria
- •Major elective shoulder surgery
- •\-Consent for the establishment of a regional anesthesia procedure
- •\-Consent to participate in this study after comprehensive information provided by a study physician
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Age \< 18 years
- •\- Lack of consent to participate in the study
- •\- Contraindications for peripheral regional anesthesia (e.g., allergies to local anesthetics, infections in the puncture area)
- •\- Chronic neurological deficit in the operated limb
- •\- Chronic pain syndrome or pain therapy (\>6 months)
