Major elective shoulder surgery
-Consent for the establishment of a regional anesthesia procedure
-Consent to participate in this study after comprehensive information provided by a study physician
- Age < 18 years
- Lack of consent to participate in the study
- Contraindications for peripheral regional anesthesia (e.g., allergies to local anesthetics, infections in the puncture area)
- Chronic neurological deficit in the operated limb
- Chronic pain syndrome or pain therapy (>6 months)
