Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The primary endpoint includes the improvement in symptoms, specifically the reduction in dyspareunia and the restoration of the ability to engage in sexual intercourse.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The secondary endpoint includes the prevalence of postoperative complications with subsequent secondary intervention within one year. This includes, in particular, the occurrence of scar contractures, necroses, wound healing disorders or recurrence of Lichen sclerosus during the postoperative phase. Data was collected preoperatively and at intervals of three months, six months and one year postoperatively in the context of follow-up appointments. The evaluation was conducted retrospectively to investigate long-term effects.
