入选标准
- •1. Pregnant women who aged 18-45
- •2. Pregnant women at gestational age between 15-20 weeks and want to have prenatal diagnosis by amniocentesis
- •3. No fetal anomaly by trans abdominal ultrasound scan
排除标准
- •1. Twin pregnancy
- •2. Seen anomalies by trans abdominal ultrasound scan
- •3. More than 1 time of amniocentesis in this visit
- •4. Pregnant women who have cold urticaria
- •5. Pregnant women who have Reynuad phenomenon
- •6. Pregnant women who have skin infection at the area of amniocentesis
- •7. Pregnant women who have phycosis
- •8. Denied to participate
