- •1\. Elective major surgery lasting more than 3 h
- •2\. radial cannula retained for \> 24 h
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Recent cannulation of the artery
- •2\. PVOD or abnormal arterial anatomy
- •3\.Cannulations less than 24 h
