Inclusion Criteria
1) Subjects who are able to understand simple verbal command and respond to it
2) Vision by their ability to identify game objects on monitor from 5 feet away
3) Patients scoring 0 to 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale of spasticity
Exclusion Criteria
1) Severe visual or auditory impairment such that they cannot see and interact with the video games
2) Concurrent participation in other outpatient rehabilitation for their upper extremity during the treatment phases of the study
