ICD-10 Diagnosis PTBS
- Additional addiction diagnosis according to ICD-10 or no additional addiction diagnosis according to ICD-10
- Sufficient understanding of language to fill in the questionnaires in German or with a interpreter via the mother tongue
- Completed detoxification
- Additional ICD-10 diagnosis of Schizophrenia
- Additional ICD-10 diagnosis of intelligence impairment
- Additional ICD-10 diagnosis of dementia
- Physical impairment/disease that renders study participation unlikely
- grave anemia, hb below 9 mg/dl, erythrozyten below 3/pl in peripheral blood

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The end of participation will be reached if participants complete the following study parts: Taking of the blood sample, anamnesis and completion of all questionnaires and psychological tests. Collection of data will take approximately 8 weeks (due to the variable schedule of taking the blood sample), at a maximum the duration of the therapy. Primary outcome is the blood sample to identify the genetic material in the stress hormone system.
