age 35-50 years, candidate for hysterectomy
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to morphine or gabapentine, chronic use of analgesic drugs or steroid, drug addiction, history of cardiovascular, hepatic, respiratory, or renal diseases, presence of asthma or chronic pain syndrome
