Inclusion Criteria
- •Post\-natal mothers \- Booked cases with Thayi card issued by Govt. of Karnataka in Lady Goschen Hospital, Mangaluru
- •\- Mothers who agree to sign up for the study (signing the consent form)
- •\- Mothers (or family members) with a smartphone having access to Whatsapp
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Mothers of preterm babies
- •\- Mothers of babies with congenital anomalies
- •\- Mothers of babies needing prolonged NICU care
- •\- Mothers who do not agree to sign up for the study or disagree to sign the consent
