Inclusion Criteria

Adolescents(students between 10 to 19 years age group) enrolled to the various schools of KIIT University diagnosed to be suffering from an internet addiction disorder who agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

History of cardiovascular, respiratory, neuroendocrine and organic mental disorders

History of chronic antipsychiatric medication use
