- •Both gender of agegroup 19 to 60 years
- •Per rectal bleeding with cutting anal pain and burning
- •Patients with systemic illness like diabetes hypertension along with continuation of their medicines

- •Infected fissure
- •Ulcerative colitis crohns disease HIV Hbsag VDRL syphilis TB Malignancy
