Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with clinical presentation of ksheena shukra (Oligospermia)
  • •2\.Sperm count \<15 million/ml
  • •3\.Patient willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with Azoospermia , Aspermia.
  • •2\.K/C/O Primary testicular failure
  • •3\.K/C/O Male Congenital abnormalities
  • •4\.K/C/O Genetic defect like Klinfelter syndrome and Reifenstein syndrome
  • •5\.Patients with disease like varicocele in scrotum ,Benign prostatic hyperplasia.
  • •6\.Accessory sex gland infection, Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
  • •7\.systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Liver disease, Renal disease, Pyrexia.
