Inclusion Criteria

1.Adult patients age ranged from 20-65 years.

2.Participants who will be on oral hypoglycemic drugs.

3.History of more than 6 months of diabetes.

4.All participants clinically diagnosed by physician with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, and confirmed by HbA1c level 6.5% or higher as a criterion for diagnosis of diabetes.

5.Patients who have sedentary lifestyle i.e., not participating in regular aerobic exercises and strengthening exercises 6 months before the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with unstable cardiovascular conditions.

2.Patients who are not willing to participate.

3.Patients diagnosed with any musculoskeletal conditions such as fracture, muscular pain, hypermobile joints which may affect the physical activity of upper and lower extremity.

4.Patients diagnosed by physician with mental illness, psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairments and patients who are having problems with comprehension.
