1. Presenting with nonspecific chronic neck pain lasting longer than 3 months (chronic stage). nonspecific chronic neck pain was defined as neck pain with no evidence of underlying diseases or anatomical abnormalities
2. Good communication and cooperation
Having at least one of the following conditions: osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, conditions that are contraindicated for traditional Thai self-massage or exercise, such as a fever, muscle or tendon injury or inflammation, uncontrolled hypertension, bone fracture and/or joint dislocation
