入选标准
- •For the prevalence part of the study:
- •Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent.
- •Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week).
- •Five to twenty years of work experience.
- •Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six months.
- •For interventional part of the study:
- •Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent.
- •Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week).
- •Five to twenty years of work experience
- •Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six
- •Sedentary women (low or moderate level of physical activity as measured by International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ).
排除标准
- •For the prevalence part of the study:
- •Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise
- •Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure)
- •Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders.
- •Pregnant women
- •Women who had delivered in past three years
- •Peri and Post-menopausal women
- •Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder
- •Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months
- •For interventional part of the study:
- •Participants who are highly physically active on scoring of IPAQ
- •Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise
- •Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep patterns (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure)
- •Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders.
- •Pregnant women
- •Women who had delivered in past three years
- •Peri and Post-menopausal women
- •Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder
- •Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months
