- All
入选标准
- •1)Age > 18 years.
- •2)Patients who had typical symptoms and signs of CTS, such as a positive Tinel’s sign or Phalen’s test; numbness/tingling in at least two of the first, second, or third digits.
- •3)Confirmed diagnosis of moderate CTS with electrophysiological study.
- •4)And who are willing to join the study are enrolled.
排除标准
- •1)Mild and severe CTS
- •2)Pregnancy
- •3)Previous carpal tunnel release surgery or corticosteroid injection in carpal tunnel.
- •4)History of wrist fractures.
- •5)Have an underlying disease of cervical radiculopathy or peripheral neuropathy.
- •6)Others metabolic diseases such as hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, or rheumatoid arthritis.
- •7)Previous focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy(fESWT)
- •8)Reading comprehension problem
