入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria: age between 20 to 50 years; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system I and II; without chronic and psychologic diseases; no addiction to substance; Under general anesthesia and inducing anesthesia by Fentanyl (1 mcg/ kg), Sodium Thiopental (5 mg/ kg), and Atracurium (0.5 mg/ kg) and maintain it by nitrous oxide (N2O) and Izoflurane; and filling the informed consent form.

- •needing to administration of extra dosage of drug, another drug; or alternative therapy.
