Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with pre-existing glaucoma or post PK glaucoma
2.Patients requiring two anti-glaucoma medications ( eye drop timolol and eye drop brinzolamide) for IOP control
3.Age > 18 years
4.Patients giving consent
5.Willing for follow-up
