- •1.ASA physical status I /II
- •2.undergo single level lumbar laminectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.body mass index >= 30 kg/m2
- •2.ASA >= III
- •3.history of previous lumbar spinal surgery
- •4.prior neurological deficits
- •5.prior neuromuscular disease or psychological disease
- •6.history of preoperative opioid use or any history of substance abuse or on steroids 7.history of allergic reactions to local anesthetics
