- •1. Patients aged 18 to 70 years in general good health
- •2. Patients with psoriasis with a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score of 12 or greater
- •3. Current non-smokers
- •4. Patients who have not received oral therapy or phototherapy for their psoriasis within the previous 3 months
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
- •Number of subjects for this age range:
- •F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
- •F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range
- •F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) yes
- •F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant or breast-feeding females
- •2. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease, including severe arrhythmias
- •3. Patients who have had a myocardial infarction within the previous 3 months
- •4. Patients who have had a cerebrovascular accident, including transient ischaemic attacks, within the previous 3 months
- •5. Patients who currently smoke
