Inclusion Criteria
1. >=65 years old
2. A score of the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) = 0
3. Pre-frail or frail older adult based on Fried frailty criteria
4. Be able to walk 10 meters without a walking aid
Exclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed as dementia
2. Diagnosed as severe depression
3. Have a history of any disease that restricts participants from attending this experiment
