Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. \>\=65 years old
- •2\. A score of the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) \= 0
- •3\. Pre\-frail or frail older adult based on Fried frailty criteria
- •4\. Be able to walk 10 meters without a walking aid
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosed as dementia
- •2\. Diagnosed as severe depression
- •3\. Have a history of any disease that restricts participants from attending this experiment
