- •All consecutive hospitalized adult patients who have 1 and (2 and/or 3\)
- •1\.Symptom and/or sign of heart failure
- •2\.Lung congestion
- •3\.Objective finding of LV systolic dysfunction (LVEF), or structural heart disease
