Elderly; 1) age from 60 to 80 years, both male and female, 2) the elderly patients with hypertension were diagnosed with a high risk of systolic blood pressure (SBP) 130 to 139 mmHg and or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 85 to 89 mmHg, 3) sustained a risk level 1 of SBP of 140 to 159 mmHg and or DBP of 90 to 99 mmHg for more than 1 year, 4) o mental or physical disorders such as dementia or paralysis, and 5) voluntarily participate in research program.
