Inclusion Criteria
1.healthcare worker age ranges from 20-35 years
2.willing to participate in the study for the next 4 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1.respiratory ailments (Asthma, Severe cough and cold etc.)
2.history of substance abuse
3.psychiatric disorder (psychoses, substance abuse, dementia)
4.pregnant women
5.any other life-threatening medical illness
