1) Primary frozen shoulder patients with age = 20 years
2) Shoulder pain with limitation of passive motion of greater than30 degrees in two or more planes of movement
1) Secondary frozen shoulder combined with othes shoulder disorders including rotator cuff injury, osteoarthritis, or instability.
2) Previous steroid injection on the affected side within 3 months
3) History of previous shoulder surgery
4) Bleeding diathesis
5) poor cognitive function
6) Patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal system such as rheumatoid arthritis and spondyloarthropathies
7) Patients with cervical pain
8) Pregnant women
