Title-
A clinical trial of assessment of Triphala ghrita Snehapana and Asravisravan by Viddhakarma in Dwitiya Patalagata Timir with reference to Vitreous Floaters.
Assessment criteria-
Selected patients will be given Triphala ghrita snehapana for continuous 30 days and Asravisravan by Viddhakarma will be done on 15th and 30th day.Grades of symptoms of dwitiya patalagata timir will be entered on each follow up and compared with initial values.
Subjective Criteria-
1)Visualization of various structures in front of the eyes
2)Subjective gradation chart
3)Floaters questionnaire
Objective Criteria-
1)Visual acuity measured by snellen’s chart for distant vision/LogMAR value
2)Direct fundoscopy
3)A- Scan ultrasound biometry
4)Fundus photography

- •Visualization of Makshika (fly like), Mashaka, Kesha (hair like), Jala (cobweb), Mandala, Pataka,Marichi, Kundala like structure in front of the eyes in patients with A)Myopia B)Hypermetropia C)Vitreous Opacities D)Early Posterior Vitreous Detachment 2.Age group between 18- 70 years.
排除标准
- •1.Diabetic retinopathy 2.Glaucoma 3.Cataract 4.pregnancy and lactation 5.any other ocular disease related to CNS 6.age group below 18 years.
