Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patient diagnosed as mCRPC with rising PSA
- •levels and for whom physician has already
- •decided to initiate abiraterone alone or in
- •combination with other drug
- •2. Men >= 18 years of age
- •3. ECOG performance status ï?£ 2
- •4. Patientâ??s tumour (primary or metastatic
- •sites) must be amenable to a fresh tumour
- •biopsy sampling using surgical/excision
- •biopsy or core biopsy, so that CANscript can
- •be performed. Decision to perform biopsy
- •will be outside the study protocol and as
- •per routine clinical decision by treating
- •5. Patient willing to provide written informed
- •consent for study participation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patient has any medical condition, which in the
- •opinion of the investigator places the patient
- •at an unacceptably high risk for study related
