Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients in the age group of 11 to 80 who are suspected to have nodular thyroid disease or altered thyroid function test.
- •All patients with thyroid nodules measuring more than 1cm in size .
- •All patients with diagnosed thyroid disease on follow up and willing to undergo surgery .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Completely cystic lesions are unlikely to be malignant and hence excluded from study.
- •All post treated cases of malignant thyroid disease presenting with recurrence.
- •Patients with Hyperthyroidism/Recurrent goitre.
- •Cases with nondiagnostic /indeterminate results.
