- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcome is the change of physical activity, measured by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ-SF), between baseline (t1) and post-intervention (t2, four weeks after randomization).

Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are amount of exercise (BSA questionnaire), motivational determinants of exercise (intention strength, outcome expectations, motivational self-efficacy, risk perception), volitional determinants of exercise (action planning, coping planning, situational barriers, volitional self-efficacy, action control), social support, depression (CES-D scale), quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF).<br>Additionally, sociodemographic data, self-regulatory competencies (VCQ, subscale planning and spontaneity) and stage of change will be assessed at t1.<br><br>
